Do you connect the NBN modem to the Archer VR2800 by wired cable or VDSL line?
If it is connected by wired cable, you need to connect the NBN modem to the LAN4/WAN port of Archer VR2800 and log into the web UI to configure it as a regular wireless router. It is decided by ISP whether you need setup VLAN ID.

If it is connected by VDSL line, you can configure it as a normal VDSL modem router.
Good day.
