Vr400 keeps disconnecting from internet
I have vr400 and I keep losing internet from time to time for at least a few min. Both wifi and LAN.
When I look on my phone its connected to the wifi but it says "internet may not be available"
My internet supplier says he didn't see any disconnections on his side.

My advice to you. Buy another modem and use vr400 as a range extender.
Not worth the effort you spend.

We are having the same problem. It is obvious that there is a problem with the device. And no one is helping to solve the problem. Really pathetic situation

For others who would have the same issue, please send an email to our support team support@tp-link.com Subject # Forum 201292 Vr400 keeps disconnecting from the internet with the following answers:
- What is your current hardware version and firmware version; is it Archer VR400 (EU)V2-20200706?
- How long have you had the modem and when did the issue start?
- Where are you located and who is your internet service provider?
- Please save a picture of the advanced> status page when the internet connection dropped;
- Please also save the system logo before you reboot the modem to get the connection back;
We would forward your case to our senior engineers as soon as possible.

@Sunshine I've just sent my details in via email.
Interestingly I saw some people complaining about VR600 on this forum with similar symptoms. Maybe coincidence.
