I have tried resetting my online Id password since it's not accepting it , I go through the process to reset it and it tells me that I've been sent an email , the email never shows up , I've used the tplink website ,

the tether app and kasa app to try reset it, same

results every time, I have tried about 40 times, have checked my inbox , spam/junk mail and

every other folder in gmail, on the phone and pc , I had to create a new email and a new login just to post this message up , any ideas ? Have tried

tp link support and they never reply ,
