QoS Device Priority missing active clients

Archer C3150
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 3.0.0 0.9.1 v005f.0 Build 170926 Rel.63400n
I'm attempting to setup a client for QoS Device Priority, but the client I wish to prioritize does not appear in the Device Priority list. All other clients are listed within the Device Priority list, except the client I wish to prioritize. The client I wish to prioritize is listed within the Wired Clients list (within the Network Map) and is able to connect to other computers on the network as well as the internet, but does not appear within the QoS Device Priority list.
Total clients on the network: 13
Clients listed in Device Priority: 12
Any thoughts?
