Hello,

Even after having solid green light, i dnt have internet access to any of the devices.

I tried rebooting the device but its still the same.

My connection is access point connection as i have a optic fiber case from which a cable is connected to the WAN hub of the router.

Plz guide me how to make this work.

Hello, do you connect the fiber case to the WAN port of TL-WR840N? Try to power cycle the two devices.

Please connect your computer to the fiber case directly and verify whether you can access internet from it.

If it works, you can connect it back to the TL-WR840N by wired cable and clone the MAC address after you logged into the web UI. If it does not work, you can give a call to ISP to check the network connection at their end.

Besides, please show us a full screenshot of the status page.
