I am trying to configure parental controls. I follow the steps in this guide but cannot get the control to work. I select the time that I don't want the PC to have Internet access, I save the changes, i select white list. 

But the computer continues with access.

The bug is the next:

Select no internet for computer1 between 2:00 and 3:00. If the computer connects to Wi-Fi at 2:00, it won't access the Internet until 3:00. But if Computer1 connects before 2:00 for exmple (1:59), it will have unrestricted Internet access throughout the day.
