Model: Deco P9
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I have just setup the P9 and everythig was working ok. I had to move the unit connected to my router, so unplugged and moved it. When it came back it it had lost the connection, and I had to reset the device and start again. Then reset each of the other units and re-connect. Then I had to re-do all the custom names I had set for the connected devices.

Is this a fault? Or will I have to recreate the network every time I need to unplug a unit?

Thanks

@Paul_

Hello, theoretically, you do not have to reset them all and start from scratch. After you unplugged it and plugged the main Deco back to the router, please wait a few minutes to let them reboot. Then you can verify whether the Deco works fine and the color of the LED light.

You can reboot the main Deco and router manually to give it a go. Restart the router first, and then turn on the Deco.

Good day.
