Archer T4E loses internet connection when playing games
Brand new product that I installed the moment I opened the box.
The wifi connected on both 2.4 and 5Ghz
Speeds and ping are stable when downloading and watching Netflix but loses internet connection the moment I load a game, I know its not the pc as I have tried a weaker n300 usb dongle and that works.
I have tried installing multiple drivers but nothing seems to work... any help?

So I got it fixed
I had to uninstall the driver and took the adapter out again, I rebooted the PC and installed the adapter with the driver from the CD again.
Seems to work now

Hi, can you play the games without a problem when using another USB adapter on the PC?
How did you install the driver before? What's the signal strength on the PC?
You can try to change the router's wireless channel and channel width. For 2.4GHz, use channel 1, 6 or 11, channel width as 20MHz; for 5GHz, use channel 36, 40 or 44, channel width as 40MHz.
Or you can try to use the adapter on another slot. What's the adapter's hardware version? What's your PC's system version?

A. I used the included disc to install the driver.
Q. What's the signal strength on the PC?
A. Signal strength is "Full bars" with a speed of 390 Mbps

WiFi Channel: 11 for the 2.4 Ghz and WiFi Channel: 48 for 5Ghz

I have tried this with no success
What's the adapter's hardware version?
Not sure how to check this.

I moved the card to the top slot (Above GPU)
Then I used geek uninstaller to completely remove all drivers related to networking then reinstalled them from the disc, I haven't had any problems since.
Hope this helps you

So I tried the technique of uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers and I still am having problems where my internet will cut in and out. What would be the next logical thing to do?
