My extender connects to the router but no internet
Hi,
I have just bought a range extender RE190. I have set everything up and extender connects to the router. However I do not have internet connection. When I connect my devices i.e. laptop, cell phone directly to the router I have internet. When I connect to the extender I have no intenet connection. I have inserted a screenshot from my status screen. Can anyone assist?

Hi, please ensure that you use the same wifi password for the main router to configure the RE190. And what is the current led status of the RE190?
Besides, please provide us a full screenshot of the status page, and a screenshot of the settings-network page.
What is the model number of the main router as well?
Good day.

That would be great, you can use the extender to boost wifi signal now.
May I know what kind of settings you have changed on the main router? It may help others who have the same issue.
Thanks a lot.

@DieWors What settings didn't you change to make it work? This problem randomly started for me in the past month, nothing I've done has fixed it

What's the model NO. of your extender? RE200, or TL-WA850RE?
Please check this post:
