Hello,

I just bought and installed a Archer A9 router and used the app on my phone to set it up.

My phone is able to connect however no other devices, inlucing my wifes smartphone can connect.

I see the available connection with full signal strength, but keeps saying the password is incorrect.

Any assistance would would be appreciated.

Try to turn off/on the wifi on these wireless devices; you can log into the web UI of Archer A9 and change the wireless settings. After that, please verify whether it works. 

 

Besides, you can hard reset it by holding the reset button/hole for 10s with the router powered on, and then please test whether you can connect to the default wifi network.
