The tether app cannot find the range extender in order to configure it

Hi, please connect your cellphone to the extender's wifi first and verify whether the Tether app can find this device.

You can try to reboot them or turn on/off the wifi function on the cellphone.

And you can hard reset it by holding the reset button for 1s to give it a go.
