Model: Archer VR900v
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 190228 Rel.72265n

I've just got Archer VR1600v Modem Router and I want the internet traffic to be filted by OpenDNS for my family. Has anyone set up their router for OpenDNS?

I've got to find where the Primary and Secondary DNS is located within the routers settings and place OpenDNS addresses settings 208.67. 222.222 and 208.67. 220.220, in to the Primary DNS and Secondary DNS fields. Then Click Apply button. Wait for the settings to be updated.

Where is the Primary and Secondary DNS settings located?

I've looked around the routers settings and couldn't find it

@FoxyMyDog

Navigate to

1.) Advanced

2.) Internet

3.) Expand the Advanced :-click on the arrow

4.) Fill in DNS settings of choice; Save and OK the settings.

Then Reboot the modem/router

Go to advanced-network-internet page, click advanced.

Or you can go to Advanced-network-DHCP settings page to give it a shot. It varies due to different products.
