range extender

hi bought RE WA850RE I plugged it in as stated blue light started flashing 👍 plugged it in next to router (EE bright box 2) pressed WPS on both items blue light flashed for a while but didn't connect 👎 I am not tech savvy and don't have a pc any ideas pl

Below is the instruction to configure the extender via WPS button.

If it still does not work, please reset it by holding the reset hole for 1s with the extender powered on. And then use the web UI to configure it.

Note: You can connect your cellphone to the extender's wifi to login to the web UI to set it up.

@Kevin_Z thanks for getting back to me I'll just keep trying WPS hopefully it will link I don't have a pc to link it and im hopeless with my phone aswell☹ thanks ag

You are welcome. Take your time to test it.
While if WPS still does not work, it is suggested to use cellphone to give it a shot. It is easy, so do not worry about that.

@kevinz. hello my RE isTL -WA850RE im having no joy with connecting via WPS my router only flashes 9 times then goes off if you could show me how to connect via phone I'll try thanks
