If you don't have a usb stick available simply dragging the FW to the desktop should remove any folder protection problem and then flash from there, I'd also disable temp any AV programs at the same time along with browser and download settings in Win 10 security section, shouldn't really need these steps but the O/S does have a habit of stopping things working if you've told it to do so, as you'll be offline while flashing it won't matter, remember to re-enable when finished and before going online again,

And please update when you know as it helps others later who will get the same problems you've had.
