While installation with help of user guide..i am getting this error

This indicates that some information you put in is not correct. Your username form ISP should be like a E-mail address. VPI/VCI, connection type, username and password, all these information are important when configuring the Internet for the modem.

If the CD does not work, how about configuring it by using the web console 192.168.1.1?
