Hi,

Question...

What will be better Deco x60 in router mode or the X11000 router with possible onemesh system if the wifi range is not enough

Cannot find that much review of both systems!

Hope somebody can point me in the right direction :)

Greetings...

@Lars86

There is a plan to add the Onemesh feature for Archer AX11000, and to create a Onemesh network, at least a router and a network expansion device are needed. Both of them need support Onemesh feature. And they can create the mesh network via wireless backhaul only, unlike Deco series, which can connect to each other by wired cable and wireless both.

And the Deco X60 supports mesh already, compared to AX11000, the Deco X60 is a better choice for you to enlarge the wifi coverage area.

May it help.

Hi, the estimated release time for onemesh is unsure, it is suggested to keep an eye on the official website.

@Kevin_Z

Hi i tried the ax6000 router but wifi covarage is not enough for my house..

Going to test the deco x60 further.. connected 2 deco's throug ethernet backhaul

But i can't connect any other devices throug my switch if i connect them throug star network...

Is it possible to use the switch for more devices or only deco's?

Greetings

The Deco can work together with the switch. The Deco units connect to each other by wired cable or wireless(some support PLC backhaul as well), and you can connect the switch to the Deco unit via cable to provide more ethernet connections.

Good day.
