Hello I have a c60 archer and I have a problem. Some devices can't find the 2.4ghz network (xiaomi mi box, baby monitor motorola, and others). My cell phone and my TV can find the 2.4ghz network and my 5ghz network is ok. I already did the factory reset and I still have the problem. Can someone help me?

Hello, try to change the wireless channel of the 2.4GHz and channel width. For example, you can use channel 1, 6 or 11, and channel width 20MHz.

 

Please ensure that the firmware is up to date.
