Hi. I had read similar situations refering to de issue with deco m9 plus v2 that can not upgrade to 1.2.11 because is initial version for the new batch for v2s. Now... i want to be in 1.2.11 to jump out the current version and because there is no UI in this version i would like to receive the manual instruction to do the upgrade using upgrade_gdpr including the link to download this tool.

Thanks for your requesting. Actually, there is no big difference between the 1.2.11 and 1.2.10;  1.2.11 does not support web UI either;  you do not have to install it on your Deco M9 Plus. 

 

Besides, these new features will be added via the firmware upgrading, the engineers are working on it, even though the estimated supporting time is still unsure. It is very recommended to keep an eye on the official website or Deco app to get the new info.

into the support page now appears a new  firmware for the deco M9 plus (US) V2 published with date 2020-02-21 but the deco app is not offering the update and since there is no Web Ui into current firmware it os impossible to install!

 

how can i get this new formware into my decos m9 without web ui?

 

file name of thw firmware is: Deco M9 plus(US) _V2_200117.zip

The firmware available on the website just got updated but still nothing from the auto update function in the deco m9.. M9Plus_2.0_en_1.2.13 Build 20200117 Rel. 50852_US_JP_EU_up @Kevin_Z  when will the update be available for m9 users and not just as useless download on the website?
