Hi,
extender can't connect to my router through 5 ghz (led off) and 2,4 ghz is badly working. I'm going crazy. Can someone please help me?

You can hard reset it and reconfigure it. Please use the main router's 5GHz wifi password to configure the RE305.
Please login to the web UI of the RE305 and show us a screenshot of the status page and DHCP settings page.
Besides, what is the model number of your main router?

I've already hard reset the extender 9 times without result.

@Mont1n0 mine bug was ,, suddenly ping becomes choppy and spike every 5sec while playing mobile legend and PUBG. Besides, my phone frequently disconnected from the wifi during game match and everytime i attack enemy. This thing happened after installed new firmware update 1.1.2 Build 20200212 Rel. 67183 by which it promise fix bug for huawei device cant connect to the extender. But seems more worst. I tried to factory reset and so far okay.
