Model: RE650

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.0.7

5 GHz works fine. 2,4 GHz works bad with tablets and mobile Phones. When connected Wireless to my computer it seems fine.
when connected to router on 2,4 GHz tablet and phones shows speed download 50-70/upload 30.

when connected to re650 on 2,4 GHz tablet and phones shows speed download 10/ upload 25.

my computer have a archer t9e pci card. When connected to 2,4 GHz on re650 it show speed 95/35.
actually speed on the internet should be around 100/30 mbps.
What can be wrong?

Hello, next to the RE650, with tablets and mobile phones connected to the main router's 2.4GHz, what is the speed you can get respectively?

Please connect your tablets to the RE650 and run the speed test; in the meantime, please click here to get the wireless negotiation speed and show us the results.

And you can change another location to plug the RE650, or move it closer to the main router.

And please ensure that the firmware of the RE650 is the latest one.

@Kevin_Z Well the re650 Seems inconsistent in speed on the 2,4 band. On the router tablet shows speed 50/30 on the re650 it's mostly around 15/30. On my iPhone 11 it helped turning off Bluetooth.
