Extender network is not connecting to devices
Good evening. I have problems with the range extender because it has been 3 days that the extender wi fi network is not working. None of my devices is connecting to the extender network....I have already reset it many times but it's still not working. All the led lights on the extender are on and stable but on my devices it says "connection not available". Can you please help me with this issue? Thank you very much.

What is the hardware and firmware version about your TL-WA850RE?
may I confirm the current issue is that the signal lights lit up and devices are able to connect but have no internet, right?
What is the model number of your home router?

@Samira Please provide a full screenshot of 850RE, then we can help you with this. There are important information in that page, I think.
Also, please share your router information too, such as the model No. A picture of the label will be much better. Then someone with the same issue can follow this post.

@Selin can you see Next to the "HOPE" name (i cose this name for the extended network) it keep saying "internet may not be available" ?

@Samira OK, According to the picture 850RE is connecting to your router and the internet status is fine.
Please check the IP on your phone, a screenshot will be better. Maybe it failed to obtian IP address via 850RE.

@Selin on the phone it only says "intenert may not may available" (next to the extended network name) and sometime i can't even see the extended network. In the case it fails to obtain the IP address how can i fix it please? Thank you very much
