@Almaateeq

Hello, may I know what kind of troubleshooting methods you have tried? What are the results?

Can TL-WN823N detect the Archer C9's wifi?

Any error messages pop up if the adapter failed to connect to the router?

You can try to forget the network  on the PC and reconnect it to the Archer C9 to give it a go.

And you can change the wireless settings of the main router, like wireless channel and channel width, or wireless password.

May it help.
