Model: Archer T3U
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 2.1

Had a t2u now swapped for t3u. Both have the same issues. can bartely write this message as it will go off any second.

Live chat is terrible, cannot get through. This is such a basic piece of hardware, plug and play...

5ghz gives me half my normal wifi speed, then goes off and is very difficult to revive again.

Please help!

the driver from tp link website is not to be used, that I have found out. the standard Microsoft driver now gives me 71mbps down. however it still cuts out after 5 minutes or so.

@J40NYR

Hello, what is the operating system of your computer?

How far away between the router and the adapter? What about the signal strength?

Have you ever tried to change the wireless settings on the main router or move them closer to each other?

You can setup static IP for this PC to give it a shot.

Good day.

@Kevin_Z windows 10 pro 64bit

I am probably 4 metres away through a wall, my phone gets full signal at the same area mind (pc shows 3 out of 4 bars)

*edit* already using a static IP, router cannot be moved closer, from other people posting on here it seems clear to me that the latest update or 2 from windows is the cause.2.4 ghz or 5ghz has the same outcome so I dont have any reason to believe it's a range issue
