Can not find the Smart Connect in new Archer C6

I am setting my new Archer C6 and would like to turn Smart Connect ON. However when I go to Advanced > Wireless > Wireless Settings I do NOT have the option to turn Smart Connect ON. Instead I have the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz options separately. Where do I find the Smart Connect option?

Hello, what is the current hardware and firmware version of this Archer C6?
Cause the firmware with Onemesh feature is not available now, that is the reason why you cannot find smart connect.
You can setup same network name and password for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz manually as the workaround.
In the meantime, you can keep an eye on official website for the updates.

Does the latest firmware for C6 v2, which supports OneMesh, also support Smart Connect and Band steering?

@Kevin_Z would setting the same SSID and password for both the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz network in OneMesh enable the automatic Band steering? (without explicitly turning Smart Connect on)
