Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.4

Hi,

I'm in Brazil. I just have updated my deco to 1.4 and now I cannot acess the network, internet keeps crashing. What should I do? How can I downgrade my deco.

All lights are green.

My connection is PPPoE.

Internet with another router is normal.

Main Deco keeps the same problem.

Parental control and anti virus are disable.

Hello, may I know do you have any other router? 

 

If so, you can connect the router to the modem directly and connect the Deco M5 to this router. 

 

In this time, please reconfigure it and select connection type as "Dynamic IP"; after that, please verify the stability and total performance of Deco network.

I don't have another router. I use my Deco as a router.

You can try to install the beta firmware like we mentioned on other posts.
