@CossieE

We have not received such feedback on Archer C3150 with Samsung devices.

We can do further analysis to locate this issue first.

1. What is the led status of the C3150 when it lost connection?

2. What about the wired connections? Do both 2.4GHz and 5GHz have the same issue?

3. Have you ever tried to change wireless settings to give it a go, including wireless channel and channel width.

4. Please ensure that the firmware is up to date.

Good day.

Android connected to wifi but no internet is working at all. Instead of an active internet connection, you notice a pop-up saying “Wifi has no internet access”. This is the most annoying problem related to Android and WiFi connection. No matter how hard you try your phone won’t connect to WiFi internet. Follow this guide to solve the phone connected to wifi but no internet error on your Android and use wi-fi internet on your phone. https://fixyourandroid.com/fix/android-connected-to-wifi-but-no-internet/

Nothing is resolved. This is the same with AX11000, AX6000 and 3000 and it is total sham that this is brought to market. I have over 25 years experience, this is my first TP Link Router and I think it is a sham product overall. The idea was to set it and forget it, but no, so many issues already. IFTTT is not working. OPENVPN is not working. And the more firmware, the more trouble it creates. You all should resign and find a different job to do !

I have similar issues with an Archer C7, but it seems like i can't find a fix for this kind of problem. Did the firmware update, restarted router, tried all kinds of Wi-Fi settings, but still no fix.
