[Solution] Archer AX50/AX3000: Unstable Wi-Fi network with Samsung S10 series smart phone
Hi all, we received some feedback on Archer AX50/AX3000 recently; Some customers have experienced unstable Wi-Fi connection with their Samsung S10 series smart phone after upgraded to Android 10 firmware.
After several tests at our lab, we found the root cause and released an official statement, which is attached as below; meanwhile, we have offered a temporary solution that you can find on the statement below as well.

Hello, are the new MacBook and Samsung S20 connecting to the 5G network? How about their OS version? Are there any other devices that also connect to the 5G network and are they connecting fine? What if you change the wireless security to 802.11 a/n/ac mixed instead of 802.11 a/n/ac/ax mixed? BTW, in order to modify the wireless settings for the 5G network, you need to disable Smart Connect first on the Wireless Settings page.
