Wireless router not working

I purchased this router around four months ago. It worked fine for first two months. Now, when it starts only the power light (the first green light) comes in and it doesn't boot further. I have tried resetting it from the button on the back, but nothing happens. I have posted a mail to Technical Support, no reply. There are no guidelines on the site on how to get it serviced/replaced in Bangalore, India.
Anybody has any ideas?
