Parental Control with tp-link

Hi, I tried to install parental Control with TL-WR840n V9.2. Athough I added parents’ Mac in Mac Add of parental field and child’Mac in Mac address of children field, then enable. But all devices can’t connect to internet except parent’PC. Please help me
