@beshayhanna It's true. This TD-W9970 módem router can support Tehtering (Setting up parental controls on TP-Link DSL modem routers via Tether APP (TD-W9970 and TD-W9980)

I have written to Contact Technical Support to indicate that TD-W9970 does not have Tether access for that modem router model:

According to the tp Link website, the TD-W9970 device supports the network tether app service (https://www.tp-link.com/ve/support/faq/2542/), but I cann't acces to this router using the Android or iOS app. A message appears indicating that this device is not recognized; that it does not support the tether function. Why?
