Model: Deco M5  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.14

The "Monthly reports" given by the Deco app can't even be called a report in my opinion. The number of things that it reports on is just too little. I would like to request that the following stuff be reported on as well:

 

  • Total downloads per month
  • Total downloads per device per month
  • Total internet uptime/ downtime
  • Max download/ upload speeds
  • Everything represented in graphical format as well

 

It would be nice to get these reports via Email as well, so that even the older ones are always available.

Hello, thanks for your requesting. We have noted it; 

 

And we will keep our eyes on the similar feedback, then with more cases reported, the higher priority it will be. And we can forward it to the product department and let them evaluate the feasibility. 

 

While I have to say it is a long journey. You can wait for the updates.

How cant monitoring Total downloads gör every device per month ? Thats impossible :( i canceled my order after this information.

@fatihto Hopefully they can implement it soon. It's a pretty basic feature available on most consumer grade routers.

Realy basic future, they already have this data. And they needn't complicated software. i cannot think this app haven't this future. Thats joke
