Model: Archer A7
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.0.7 Build 20181210 rel.54182(5553)

I'm trying to set up parental controls on my new router and I can't get the whitelist to work.  I've added a device and so far one whitelisted site (wikipedia.org) and entire time range selected, but with these settings enabled wikipedia is not accessible.

Thx

@jayveesea

Try to update the firmware first. Below is the download link:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/archer-a7/#Firmware

Here is the instruction to update it: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2139/

After that, you can setup the parental control as the instruction below:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2386/

Note: It has changed a lot since firmware upgrading.

Good day.

@Kevin_Z thanks for the reply.  i was able to upgrade to the latest firmware, BUT it looks like the whitelist option is completely removed which was the whole reason i bought it ...sigh, i guess this needs to go back and i'll try figure something else out.  thanks for your help though.
