Model: Archer C6
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.4

Hello,

Recently I've been having issue with my Archer C6 v2.0, it happened once two months ago, and it happened again today.

It caps my ethernet connection to internet down to 4mbps download speed while the wi-fi keeps pushing over 90mbps download speed on speedtests. The upload speed is unchanged, reaching the 10mbps it always does. Sometimes just changing the ethernet port will fix it, sometimes it won't and it will take several reboots and ethernet cable port changing for it to push back to it's normal 120mbps.

Anyone had this problem before? Is it a bug? Any "quick fix" if it happens again?

Thanks all!

(English is not my primary language, sorry for any mistakes)

@Helttod

We can do some troubleshooting first to locate this issue and try to fix it.

When the speed goes down to 4Mbps, please click here to get the wired negotiation speed.

Note: The steps are the same, while you need click on ethernet connection.

Try to change another ethernet cable or another device to do a comparison test.

Besides, you can hard reset the Archer C6 and reconfigure it.

And please ensure that the firmware is up to date.

Good day.
