Setup username

Hi, just trying to setup my new router, but unable to login the login screen comes up asking for username & password i have the card with the password and i tried to use the SSID as username, but unable to login to setup, can any one advise what i use as username? Thanks in advance B

The login username and password are both admin by default.
If it does not work, please hard reset it by holding the reset hole for 10s and then relogin with admin.
