Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 3.16.0 0.9.1 v6015.0 Build 180330 Rel.20128n

SSIDs drop intermittently. Have to reboot.

 

Been facing this problem for quite some time now.

ISP says no issues from there end.

 

couldnt find Archer C5 in the dropdown.

Bypass the router by connecting a PC direct to the modem and see if you may have ISP or modem issues. (ISPs always say that). Reconnect the router and if you loose both bands, try a factory reset and re-enter your settings. If only one band, try different channel and band width and also look for interfering devices.
