Firmware Version: 190726

Hi,

I have problem with remote access through tether app. It looks like the router is logging off from tplink ID account on it's own. When I log in again it won't withstand more than 24h and again logging in is not possible.

Tried resetting router, bringging factory defaults, checking different versions of the app (now I have 3.3.9 for android installed), binding another tplink ID account to the router - nothing works. I have to log in to tp link id on the router while being connected to the wi-fi and the problem dissaperas for less than a day....

I bought this router for this feature a week ago. Now I'm really unhappy with my choice...

@damiannnn

Could you please provide more information about the auto-logging off issue? Any specific symptom?

At that time, when you open Tether app, you can click settings and verify whether you have logged in with your cloud account. And can you see the Archer C7 at that time?

Does it show up as local device or cloud device?

How to you login again to solve it? Could you please shot a short video or picture?

Besides, please correct the time settings, you can go to system tools- time settings to do so.

Good day.
