The PA next to my PC keeps on rebooting, where the first and third lights are green, to all off, to first and third light green and second light red, then restarting the cycle. I have no clue on what to do, seen as it has always worked before today
Try to power cycle the powerline adapters and your computer.
Try to change another socket or swap the locations between the 2 adapters to verify whether it is the adapter itself or the network environment.
Besides, you can hard reset them via the utility and re-pair them to give it a go.
