Model: Archer C60
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: Archer C60(EU)_V3_190115

Hello,

I bought an Wifi Archer C60 V3 and I'm surprised and disappointed  about the QOS limitation compare to the V2 version .

It's just  possible to give "one" prirority on each device, no more ...  By port is not possible ... and by level of priority is not possible ... This version is limited ...

Is it planned or Is there a way to have the same functionality of the "V2 version" ?

Best regards,

Julien

@juju159

Thanks for your requesting.

Compared to C60 V2, there are some changes, first, no different priority levels to choose, and does not support QoS by physical port.  C60 v3 has changed the basic setting and improved the algorithm/logical.

You can refer to chapter 8 of the user manual to get the configuration guidance. Now it has a priority toggle available for each device and time duartion is selectable which is more flexible and more efficient.

You can give it a go to test the performance.

Best regards.

Hello @Jesus-Casanova and all,

You can refer to the User Manual in Chapter 8 to set the QoS for the devices in the network:

https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202004/20200409/1910012740_Archer%20C60_UG_V3.pdf

Be aware that QoS is not a device-based speed limit, QoS is used for prioritizing the traffic when the connection is under heavy load. Check this article to know more about QoS:

same problem with my Archer C60 V3

I can use Enable or disable QoS only, its work normally.

but if i set device priority setting ON for some device, It doesn't WORK.

i think it is very big problem, i cannot control the internet speed for other people.

please give us some software update for this problem.

thank you

@RyanRifqi

Buenas noches,

Quedo atento, Buenas noches.

@Kevin_Z Buenos días no tiene sentido entonces el boton de alta prioridad y horario en la v3.

Pienso que esa no es la solucion.
