Archer T600U Plus low download speed

As i wrote in title my download speed is abnormal slow. Normally i have 100-150 mbps but with this adapter i have just 2-3 mbps. Even i installed drivers i have still slow download speed. I tried to test near the modem but still same. I installed driver in website and with driver dvd, but both of them didn't help.

What is the operating system of your computer?

What about other devices? Do they have the same issue with them connected to the main router's wifi?
After the speed slows down, are you able to recover it by power cycle it or so?

@Kevin_Z My operating system is Windows 10 Home Basic. My wireless negotiation speed between 260-325 mbps. I have 130 mbps with my İphone 6 with 5 ghz mode. I bought this device yesterday. I try to restart my system too, but its was still same...

Try to change another USB port to plug this adapter.
