TP-LINK USB Printer Controller with macOS Catalina 10.15
Dear TP-LINK company, I have upgraded my MAC to macOS Catalina version 10.15 and now the program TP-LINK USB Printer Controller does not work in this version(work on version 10.14). When will the program TP-LINK USB Printer Controller with version 10.15 support be updated?

@Kevin_Z I am not on Catalina yet, however I would think if your printer can be connected via WIFI, you would not need the TP-Link Printer app. Might be a temporary solution for some.

@Mykola TP-LINK do you make fun of us? We don't need template answers. The 64bit transition was announced a year ago, what are your programmers doing? It seems to me that they should be fired for doing this. Such a serious company and can not solve the basic problem

Hi all
Sorry for the inconvenience causing by the USB Printer controller. I know everyone here is waiting for the new version Controller, I am sorry to keep you waiting so long.
To be honest, MAC OS 10.15 changed some system policies, that's why we need a lot of time to redevelop our Controller.
What's more, we haven't release our new Controller because we need to test a lot of things when we release a new official software. We need to be accountable to consumers. We must confirm that our software is suitable for most of customers. And we also need to test the compatibility with most mainstream printers. You know, there are many different type, different brand printers in the world now, it cost a lot of time to test the compatibility between Controller and these printers. I believe that you don't want to get a software which is incompatible with your own printer, right?
If everything goes well, we can release our new Controller in the end of October or in the November. So please be patient, and we will try our best to speed up the process.
Thank you!

@TP-Link Dear TP-Link,
First of all, I absolutely understard your point, and I can see the sudden difficulties what you get with this update. I am affected also, so in the other side, this is an unpleasant situation for me too.
Do you have an officional statement about this? It would be really usefull to make one, to hold reputation of Yours and the Sysadmins, who support and handle issues of clients infrastructure.
We are waiting for your quick and effective solution!
Many thanks,
Kalman

@Mykola Tp-links are indifferent to their customers. It is a pity that such a powerful company can not solve the problem of its users in the shortest time. Mac OS Cattalina 10.15 is about a month after the official release, and the company gives us a response template and no specifics. Who thinks that the TP-link is a bad company we put + in this topic, we may finally be heard.
