Archer C6 EU OneMesh update
The new update which includes WPA3 and OneMesh has been released only for the US version of Archer C6, when will the EU version get it?

@QWERTZ Now it is not possible. It is mentioned in changelog:
As we have added new functions in this version of firmware, once you have upgraded to this firmware, you will not be able to downgrade to the old one.
That "feature" also prevents using US firm in EU router :(

@QWERTZ I wouldn't recommend it. It may cause problems if flashing on non US device.

It is not likely to have it in short days, it is still modifying based on local regulations, and there will be a long process before it is officially and legally released, because it will take a lot of time to apply for certificates or permissions from local government and other necessary procedures.
Have a nice day!

Aha...
We bought Archer A6 / C6 and they recommend that we buy another A7 / C7. :)

I have been patiently following this thread and checking the updates for a actual release.
Unable to believe that it is now Jan 2020 and my C6 is still waiting for features that are still missing one year on.
This is a clear example to never buy anything under EU. No wonder UK brexited!

OneMesh has been released for the Japanese model on 31 December, but no WPA3. And it removes the WDS feature, I don't see any mention of that on the US firmware.

@netcrypt9119 Dropping WDS is a major NO NO. TP-Link EU better not drop it.

What a trick! For Archer A7 it was successful without all this "long process", right?
