OneMesh on Archer VR2800/AC2800 dsl dual band router and RE650 RE450
Are there any plans to bring OneMesh on the:
Archer VR2800/AC2800 dsl dual band router
and RE650 RE450 extenders. (I cannot find the VR2800 anywhere in these forums as a drop down item)

First, Archer VR2800 is a DSL modem router, once you start a thread on that block, it is available to select.
Back to your question, the Archer VR2800 does not support one mesh feature, neither does RE650.
https://www.tp-link.com/onemesh/compatibility/
Considering the potential loss, it is not suggested to buy VR2800 and RE650 to use one mesh feature, instead, you can order those devices which have been listed on the compatibility.
If you bought them already, you can wait patiently and keep an eye on official website.
Good day.

Okay, you can wait for the updates.
And you need scroll down the drop down list, it includes all devices available; otherwise, you can enter Archer VR2800 or VR2800 so the system will match the complete model automatically.
Nice day.

@JM98 Bump to this one, The VR2800 is the only HighEnd VDSL Supervectoring Router (VDSL2 Profil 35b) from TP-Link, so it is a shame, that there will be no Support for newer Features, where I think it should perform very well.

Sorry for that the Archer VR2800 cannot satisfy your needs. We noted your request and will forward it to our product department.
Meanwhile, for your information, at least a router and a network expansion device ( like range extender) are needed to create an Onemesh network. Do you have any other devices which support Onemesh already?

@Kevin_Z I'm also hoping to add mesh nodes to the exiting VR2800 network.
VR2800 is one of the best DSL routers around for those on FTTN VDSL, so please consider adding OneMesh support so we can add Mesh devices to extend the reach of our wifi.

@JM98 It's absolutely crazy that TP-Link are not supporting OneMesh on the VR2800, if that's the case they should have stopped selling it. It's a far superior product to the VR2100 yet that is getting OneMesh this is in fact poor customer service from TP-Link I've been a big user of their products for years but I think I'll take my business elsewhere.
