@NicSmith  I can answer that question for you. The vr2800 is END OF LIFE!  So NO support for the flag ship no more!

Same in Greece. 2022 has arrived and we are still waiting for an answer.

... unfortunately we have already discussed on other occasions, and we have also clarified to have been teased by TP-Link with the promises on this modem that were not maintained, as well as the 2167 Mbps on 5 GHz and 160 MHz etc. A modem that cost me more than an AVM, D-Link, Asus, Ubiquiti and others, if I had bought an AVM I would surely have adequate support, I would have no lies on the amazing potential of this modem all things never done or maintained. At this point and obvious that I will never buy this brand again but I will pass to another .. also because it also costs more than famous brands ... but famous it has only the software that damn themselves to throw them away sometimes, and all this I said enough!
