I was having issues with high latency spikes wile playing video games. I try re-installing the driver and the issue was fixed until I rebooted the computer. I re-intalled again and the latencies were low untill I rebooted the machine.

 

I'm Using windows 10, Mother board Asus Z270H, CPU I5 7600k.

Hello, does the big latency affect the performance of the adpater? Like unstable connection or slow speed? 

 

You mentioned that the latencies were low untill you rebooted the machine, does the "machine" means Archer T4E? In other word, once you rebooted the T4E, the big latency issue will occur? 

 

Please show us a screenshot of the ping result. 

 

Try to move it closer to the main router, and verify the wireless signal strength. 

 

And you can change another PCI-e slot to plug it or reinstall the driver to give it a go.

Hi

 

The speed keeps high it is just the latency.

 

All happen after windows ask for a reboot of the pc to end the archer config.

After that I have the latency issues, if I reinstall the driver and don't restart the pc there is no latency issues.

 

It has to be something with the drivers and windows. Because it only happens after the restart of the pc.

 

I'll take some pictures and post them.

@Luisss I'm having the same issue with high latency on T4e. Have you fixed it?
