Archer C60 and VM Super Hub 3
Purchased a new Archer C60 today and after several hours and a long phone call to Virgin, I couldn't get it to connect to the internet.
I put the VM Hub 3 into Modem Mode, restarted the C60 and then VM hub. Everything seems to look ok, but just an orange light on the c60 and no internet.
Virgin then asked me to plug my laptop into the modem but they said they couldnt see it, so are going to send me a new router. I dont have much faith in it, so thought I would reach out to others here to see if there is something I am doing wrong or missing.
thanks

Ok so the Virgin Media Hub arrived today, set it up and put it into modem mode.
Connected my TP-Link C60, still no internet.
Spoke to TP-Link support and they got me to change the following options
Under the Advanced tab, on left choose Network> Internet>
Then on the page under Advanced tick the option - Get IP Unicast DHCP
and then under MAC Clone, Use Custom MAC Address.
Rebooted and now have internet.

May I know is IPTV needed to get internet from Virgin Media?
With Archer C60 connected to the VM hub, you can install it as the quick installation guide with the username and password given by ISP. After that, you can show us a screenshot of the advanced-status page.
Meanwhile, cause the laptop cannot be detected by the VM hub, you can wait for the new router and then give it a go.
Or you can put the VM hub as modem router mode and verify whether you can access internet from it and connect the Archer C60 to it to set it up.
Best regards.

@Kevin_Z I did put the vm hub into modem mode but I couldn't get internet.
I'm going to wait for the new VM hub to arrive and I will re-assess.
thanks

Hi all,
I had the same issue and this thread helped with my Virgin Super Hub 3 and the new UI. Hopefully my experience will help others too.
I restored my router to factory settings and did not follow quick start guide.
I also have the following settings changed only.
Basic > Internet > Internet Connection Type: Dynamic IP
Do Not Clone Mac Address = Enabled
Advanced > Network > Internet > Advanced > Get IP using Unicast DHCP = Enabled
Mac Clone = Use Default Mac Address
Advanced > Network > IPTV > Enabled IPTV = Bridge
Restart Superhub and TP-Link Router and it worked - maybe try it again if it still doesn't work.
