@Bunklung

Have you ever found this issue existed on the previous official firmware?

Hmm, perhaps I never noticed, but I suspect it may have been an issue before the firmware. I wiped the logs when I noticed the exessive DHCP requests when I was troubleshooting. So I don't have proof it was an issue before :(

I can let you know when the official firmware lands. I assume your team can confirm this too in your test environment.

Hello, as far as I understand, this seems not an issue with the beta firmware, this is normal when the smart DHCP is on the A6 when it is working as an access point. When we enable the Smart DHCP on it, it will continuously check if the DHCP server on the network is correctly on, it will turn itself on if it finds there is no DHCP server in the network.

Back to your concern, you can disable the DHCP server on the A6, and choose static IP for the LAN, there won't be an issue then:

I'm not an expert in Mac addresses. Can one physical wifi-card (of the router) have multiple Mac addresses simultaneously or does this point to a second WiFi card?

@yadav2brand There is a MAC for 2'4 ghz and another for 5GHz (one for each band the router may have), although the router has a single chip for wifi or a single card.

@Pavel_T

Nope, we don't have the beta firmware for the MR200 to disable the Onemesh now, while this request had been forwarded to the product team, they will evaluate if this can be added in the future firmware update, you may keep an eye on the official website.

@porobk

Bought an ax50 last week,same problem. It follows you around whatever you do. Wifianalyser shows high interference rates when hidden ssid is on. There should be an option to disable mesh.
