While configuring the router, after step 2 of setting time zone, once country is selected the page refreshes automatically and keeps loading and after sometime it time-outs.
Try to change another web browser or device to access the web UI.
Have you ever tried to skip the step to choose country? Or you can leave it by default and change it back after configuration.
Still the same, you may hard reset the router and give it a shot.
