Hai,

i bought a new tp link accespoint. Faster one.
My windowslaptop is connecting easily to the internet.
But my kids iphone and ipad do not work on this accespoint.

Do I have to chaange a setting of the new accespoint? I have connected my old tp link accespoint and apple is working fine on that one.

Can anybody help me, because its getting frustrating big time for me.

I have the latest firmware

Is it showing unable to join TP-LINK_******？
As I know, disable WMM is a good try.
1. Log into configuration page. http://www.tp-link.com/en/article/?faqid=174
2. Go to Wireless/Wireless Advanced. Uncheck Enable WMM
3. If not working, try to disable WPS, rename wireless network name, fix a channel.

Hai,

thanks for your answer.
Its showing nothing....no text. Nothing.
Again, windows laptops here are working fine on the accespoint. Only the apple devices will not connect.
I will try what you wrote.
