Model: Archer VR2800
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 0.3.0 0.9.1 v006c.0 Build 170809 Rel.42095n

I am staying in an apartment with centrally managed internet, with a modem/router in each apartment.

The connection is fast and stable, but the provided router is too weak to reach far areas, so I have turned it off and am broadcasting Wi-Fi through the VR2800. However, I need to retain all my devices within 1 local network to maintain local remote connections. Hence, I have also moved my wired desktops over to the VR2800.

However, the VR2800 introduces significant packet loss, about once every 5 seconds. This does not occur if I connect directly to the unit's provided modem.

Is it possible to fix this issue?
