Power with 12V ?

Model: TL-SG108
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version:

Hello, i have a TL-SG108 switch which power is rated at 9V - 0.6A

I have an extra "mini ups" lying around which i used for my router. It only output at 12v, and i would like to hook it up to the switch.

I know that usually electronic devices have voltage regulators that can go beyond and under the rated power, i can't open the switch to look up the controller and i don't want to plug it in with 12v and fry it.

Can anyone tell me if it will work fine? Or if you have a schematic i can look up

Thank you

@raidenelite

Hello, the voltage should be identical, otherwise, it may fry it.

May it help and have a nice day.
